Early access

Tell us about your site: how many halls, which cooling architecture, and where you are between design, commissioning and operation. If you have a historian or BMS trend export, mention it. That's usually where we start. Our early-access terms explain how an engagement works.

Partners and integrators

If you build building management, DCIM, CDU, CMMS or data platform software, or you integrate it for data centers, we'd like to talk. Partner connectors use the same packaging and certification tests as our own, including the test that proves a connector never writes to the systems it reads.

Security reports

Read our vulnerability disclosure policy first, especially what is out of scope. Never test against a customer site or plant system.

Privacy requests

To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to withdraw consent, write from the address you signed up with. If that isn't possible, tell us how we can confirm it's you. The privacy policy explains your rights.
